Services & Solutions

One system. Three layers of intelligence.

Conecto deploys as a single on-premise appliance — but inside it runs a full stack of AI voice capability: inbound routing, internal transfers, and field-ready agents.

What Conecto does

Smart inbound routing — no human required

AI Receptionist

Conecto answers every inbound call instantly, identifies the caller's intent through natural conversation, and routes them to the right extension, department, or voicemail — without a dedicated receptionist. Handles barge-in, DTMF fallback, and multi-language greetings.

  • Natural language intent detection
  • Directory lookup and extension routing
  • DTMF fallback for legacy callers
  • After-hours handling and voicemail
  • Barge-in and interruption support

Voice-driven internal directory for your team

Internal Transfer Agent

The same agent that handles inbound calls can be used internally. Staff dial in, ask for a colleague by name or role, and get a warm transfer — no hunting through a directory, no typing. Works across departments, floors, and remote extensions.

  • Name and role-based lookup
  • Warm and blind transfer modes
  • Multi-site and remote extension support
  • Availability status awareness
  • Escalation paths when unavailable

AI in your team's pocket — hands-free

Field Assistant Agents

Specialist agents deployed for field teams: sales reps, technicians, or service staff who need information while on the road. Ask a question by voice, get an answer from your internal knowledge base — product specs, pricing, client history, service manuals — without touching a screen.

  • Voice-first knowledge base queries
  • Product specs and pricing lookup
  • Client history and account data
  • Service manual and procedure retrieval
  • MCP connections to your business tools

Under the hood

SIP-native. Multi-agent. Fully on-premise.

Conecto is built on open standards and runs entirely on hardware you own. No shared cloud, no vendor lock-in, no subscription to a platform you can't inspect.

SIP infrastructure

Connects directly to your existing PBX or hosted VoIP provider via SIP trunking. No rip-and-replace — Conecto works alongside your current phone system.

Multi-agent architecture

Each agent runs independently and can be assigned to a specific role, extension range, or team. Scale from one receptionist agent to a full fleet of specialists.

MCP connections

Model Context Protocol integrations let agents pull live data from your CRM, ERP, inventory system, or any internal tool — so answers are always current, not cached.

On-premise appliance

Ships as a self-contained appliance. Runs on your network, stores data on your hardware. The only data that leaves your network is the audio leg to the AI voice provider you choose; conversations, transcripts and documents stay on your hardware.

Web admin console

Manage agents, update knowledge bases, monitor active calls, and review session logs from a browser-based console — no command line required.

Privacy by design

Single-tenant by default. No shared infrastructure, no cloud logging, no third-party analytics. Your conversations stay yours.

How it gets deployed

From first call to full deployment in days, not months.

Discovery call

JF reviews your current phone setup, team structure, and the use cases you want to cover.

Agent configuration

Agents are configured for your directory, your scripts, and your knowledge base — before the appliance ships.

On-site installation

The appliance is installed on your network and connected to your SIP trunk or PBX. Typically a half-day.

Live testing

Real calls are placed and monitored together. Agents are tuned until the experience is right.

Handoff

Your team gets access to the admin console. JF stays available for the first 30 days.
